Pastor Brady holds a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Religion from Liberty University. He became our Senior Pastor in October of 2025. He and his wife Chelsea have 3 children.

Richard joined our staff in 2021. He received his Bachelors Degree in Religion at Liberty University and the Master of Divinity and Master of Religious Education degrees at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Richard authored his first book, Glory In The Church¸ in 2020. He is married to Denise and they have three children: Erin, Lane (now in heaven) and Haley.

Mark joined the staff of Pleasant Valley South in 2005. He leads our church choir with over 120 members. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Alabama and received a Masters of Religious Education at Mid America Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Kathy, have four children and nine grandchildren.

Philip is married to his wife Evey and they have two children, Malachi and Chapel. Philip is a Shorter Graduate who is currently in pursuit of his M.Div from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He loves to study the Bible and spend time with his family.

Barry Saunders has served as the Children’s Minister at PVS since March 2024. He and his wife, Patti, have two sons. He has over 18 years experience in Children’s Ministry. 

Tom joined the church staff in 2013. Tom is responsible for I.T. and coordinating all audio visuals including sound, video and media platforms for the church. He attended Floyd College, the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and Georgia State University. He and his wife, Jennifer, have two daughters and three grandchildren.
